Here are some guidelines we wish to convey before you place an order
- Please ensure your orders are emailed to us by the closing date of each Preorder Batch. New batches are uploaded frequently.
- No change or cancellation is allowed once an order is confirmed. No refund for cancellation.
- Minimum value of order is RM200.

- 50% deposit is payable to secure orders.

Are the goods new?
Yes, though they are mainly factory overruns and may have some flaws. Nevertheless, they are of good quality at low prices.
Is there a discount if I make big purchase?
Yes. For each order of RM3,000 and above (5%), RM8,000 and above (7%), RM16,000 and above (9%). Discount rates are not applicable to postage cost.
What is the minimum order?
A value of RM200 for every order regardless of Lot quantity. This is a wholesale (bulk) business.
What is a Lot and how many items in a Lot?
A Lot is a prepack of a specified number of garments with specific sizes. You may refer to each product code for details. If a Lot is 5pcs with sizes S, M, L, L, XL, that means you have 5 pieces of garment of the specified sizes.
Can I choose sizes and colours?
No, sizes and colours are generally pre-sorted in each Lot. You may be able to choose the colour (if applicable) on per Lot basis e.g. out of 6 Lots you ordered, you may choose 3 Lots in red and 3 Lots in blue.
