Delivery Guidelines
- Postage cost is estimated at: 1kg goods --> RM9 (West Msia), RM12 (East Msia)
The actual cost is weight-dependent and will be communicated in the order confirmation email. Please inquire with us for overseas rates.
- Delivery by hand can be considered for areas in the Klang Valley (KL, PJ, etc)
- Delivery will be arranged within the next postal date once FULL payment has been received. You may expect to receive your order within the next 1 - 4 workings days; however, do allow a buffer due to order overload, or courier service delays.
- As we do not keep ready-stock, the entire delivery lead time is approximately between 2 - 6 weeks.
- Note that shipping details are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
- Discounts are only available on total purchase price, not on postage cost (refer to Place An Order page).
- Goods are mainly factory overruns, and may not be free from flaws e.g. tiny mold spots, loose thread/buttons, repeat sizes due to unavailable stock, etc. Such orders are not defective and are not returnable.
- For factory damaged goods or goods different from what you ordered, you may either:
(i) choose another item of the same value as replacement (customer to bear
postage cost),
or
(ii) deduct the item in your next order
Please inform us by email within 3 working days of receiving the goods.
- We shall not be liable for any lost/ damaged goods during transit by couriers.
- Full refund is only applicable due to stock unavailability.
